4 out of 5 starsOverall, these are pretty decent earrings. They look a bit more bluish in the light, and the brass on them isn’t weathered at all. At first, I wasn’t sure about the color, but I think it’ll work. Besides, they look more green when worn normally (seriously, who’s going out of their way to put it in the light?). But I do have a small nitpick— they don’t come with very solid backers. The only backers they come with are those like little itty bitty plastic things stores use to keep hoop earrings on the earring card (except they seemed to be closed.). Thankfully, I already had a pair of trusty backers, from another pair of earrings I own.

What should I do if my jewelry requires cleaning?
If your jewelry requires cleaning, use a mild soap, water and a soft cloth. Rinse with clean water and pat dry. Never use jewelry cleaner on trend pieces. Jewelry cleaners are too harsh and may contain abrasives. We recommend using a polishing cloth for precious pieces.
To keep your jewelry looking gorgeous, please keep all lotions & liquids away from the jewelry. We are not responsible for jewelry that has been damaged by the elements, and/or jewelry that has not been properly cared for once it has left our shop.
Please note that some of our jewelry may contain components that have been hand painted & sealed.
How do you know my address?
Everly Kate will automatically ship items to the address listed on your Etsy order.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide the correct shipping address when placing an order. Refunds will not be given due to buyer providing an incorrect shipping address.
How long will it take to receive my order? Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We accept all domestic & international orders happily:)
Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 6 weeks, depending on your country's customs policies. We have no control over delivery time once it leaves our country. Please have patience.
We do not provide refunds on international orders that are purchased without insurance. If you need an order rushed, it *may* be possible for an additional fee. Please convo. beforehand & view shipping profiles for options.
Do you accept large or special orders?
Absolutely! Several of my jewelry designs have been used for bridal parties, sororities, social groups, weddings, baby shower & birthday events. Please email (shopeverlykate@gmail.com) with any questions or ideas you may have!
Please refrain from asking for a discount after payment. If you have a code it may be used during purchase but will not be honored after purchase. Thank you for understanding.
Custom and personalized orders
If there is a visible error, please let me know. I do my best to send items in tip-top condition, but human error is possible. I will do what I can to make it right.
What do I do if I need my order shipped to an address that is different from the shipping address listed on my order?
When checking out, there is an option for the buyer to manually change the address that the package will be going to. This is where you'll type in the new recipient's address.
Alternatively, if you need your product(s) sent to an address other than what is listed on your order, please send us an Etsy Convo BEFORE placing your order indicating the preferred shipping address so we can adjust the address on the order for you and print out a different postage label than the one normally generated for your order.
Buyer Responsibility
I will always do my best to provide each item listing with the most accurate description possible, including size, shape, length, color, etc.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to thoroughly read the listing description before purchase so they are adequately informed of what they are buying.
I do not offer refunds due to buyer error —but— I am happy to work with the buyer to exchange the item ordered in error for a different item currently in stock. In such cases, Buyer will be responsible for shipping the item back to me as well as the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to them. If the price of the exchanged item is higher than the original item, buyer owes the difference as well.
Processing, Shipping & Insurance
Processing: Items typically ship 1-3 days after order is placed.
Shipping & Insurance: Insurance is not provided unless the buyer pays for it during the checkout process. There are several 'shipped w/ insurance' options listed in the "shipping options" at checkout that the buyer may choose from, or they may decline insurance and simply choose to pay the standard first class with tracking.
